Linda, a physical therapist in home care since 1988, is a nationally recognized expert on OASIS and home health quality improvement. She serves as a consultant to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and its contractors, assisting in quality improvement measures and initiatives, PPS models analysis and enhancement, refinement of the OASIS data set, Guidance Manual and resulting measures, and development of related support and training   materials. Currently she oversees the contract managing the national CMS OASIS Q&A Mailbox and provides training for CMS’s State OASIS Education Coordinators. She served as the President and a Founding Member of the OASIS Certificate and Competency Board (OCCB), and continues to oversee the COS-C Exam as Chair of the Exam Review Task Force. Linda is President and Founder of OASIS Answers, Inc.

Debbie is a registered nurse practicing since 1978 in critical care, home health, hospice, and quality improvement. She served as the Home Health Manager at the Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care where she was involved in the national implementation of OBQI. She was trained in OASIS at the Center for Health Services Research, at the University of Colorado and provided OASIS education for the CMS Data Accuracy Verification (DAVE) Project as well as   the OASIS Education Coordinators. Currently she manages the CMS OASIS Q&A Mailbox contract as well as provides content expertise for refinement of the OASIS data set and Guidance Manual. Debbie is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), has earned the Certificate for OASIS Specialist - Clinical (COS-C) designation, and is the Director of Educational Programs at OASIS Answers, Inc.

She has authored extensively on wound management and quality improvement, and has developed multiple wound management tools to enhance wound assessment and healing. She is an instructor of wound management at Houston Baptist   University School of Nursing. Lisa is a Clinical Nurse Specialist working at a large Milwaukee home care agency since 1985. Her primary areas of expertise include care of chronically ill adult patients and home infusion therapy. In addition to authoring a recurring column on infusion standards for the Journal of Infusion Nursing, she has authored over 50 journal articles and book chapters, and four books. She was honored by the Infusion Nurses Society as the 2003 Certified Infusion Nurse of   the Year, and served as the 2007 President of the Infusion Nurses Society. She was inducted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing in 2006 and in 2008 participated on the committee to revise the newly published American Nurses Association Scope and Standards for Home Health Nurses. Wendy is a Geriatric Clinical Specialist and Certified Wound Specialist, has a Geriatric Training Certificate, and serves on the editorial board of Topics in Geriatric Rehabilitation. She has co-authored books on home health rehabilitation and has published hundreds of

  articles on home health therapy in peer-reviewed and trade publications. She provides training nationally on geriatric strengthening, wound assessment and management, and competency testing for home health physical therapists on the drug regimen review and pharmacology.
