Linda, a physical therapist in home care since 1988, is a nationally recognized expert on OASIS and home health quality improvement. She serves as a consultant to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and its contractors, assisting in the development and refinement of the OASIS data set and resources, quality improvement measures and practices, and PPS-related models, tools and training materials. Currently she oversees the contract managing the national CMS OASIS Q&A Mailbox   and overseeing the annual training of the state OASIS Education Coordinators, and is assisting with refinement of items, process measures and support materials related to the OASIS-C.
She is the President and a Founding Member of the OASIS Certificate and Competency Board (OCCB), serving as Chair of the OCCB’s Clinical Advisory Panel and Exam Review Task Force. Linda is President and Founder of OASIS ANSWERS, Inc., in Redmond Washington.

Debbie is a registered nurse practicing since 1978 in critical care, home health, hospice and quality improvement. She served as the Home Health Manager at the Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care where she was involved in the national implementation of OBQI. She was trained in OASIS by individuals at the Center for Health Services Research, at the University of Colorado and worked as an OASIS trainer for the   CMS Data Accuracy Verification (DAVE) Project. Currently she provides content expertise on the CMS OASIS Q&A Mailbox contract. Debbie is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), has earned the Certificate for OASIS Specialist - Clinical (COS-C) designation, and is a Senior Associate Consultant with OASIS Answers, Inc.

Annette is a registered nurse practicing since 1990, with the majority of her nursing experience in home health care.  In 2000 she joined the home health intermediary Cahaba GBA where she became a sought after instructor, providing education to home health providers on Medicare reimbursement issues and effective documentation strategies. Her broad experiences make her uniquely able to provide   practical solutions to meet the requirements of the fiscal intermediary system and medical review within the “real world” environment of home health. Lisa is a Clinical Nurse Specialist working at a large Milwaukee home care agency since 1985. Her primary areas of expertise include care of chronically ill adult patients and home infusion therapy. In addition to authoring a recurring column on infusion standards for the Journal of Infusion Nursing, she has authored over 50 journal articles and book chapters,  and four books. She was honored by the Infusion Nurses Society as the 2003 Certified Infusion Nurse of   the Year, and served as the 2007 President of the Infusion Nurses Society. She was inducted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing in 2006 and in 2008 participated on the committee to revise the newly published American Nurses Association Scope and Standards for Home Health Nurses. Wendy is a registered physical therapist since 1989 in home health, acute care, rehab, outpatient, and skilled nursing. Currently, she is an assistant professor at the School of Physical Therapy at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Wendy is a Geriatric Clinical Specialist and Certified Wound Specialist, has a Geriatric Training Certificate, and serves on the editorial board of Topics in Geriatric Rehabilitation.
She has co-authored books on home health
  rehabilitation and has published hundreds of articles on home health therapy in peer-reviewed and trade publications. She provides training nationally on geriatric strengthening, wound assessment and management, and competency testing for home health therapists on the drug regimen review and pharmacology. Ida, a Registered Health Information Administrator, has worked in Health Information Management since 1975.  Along with her hospital, ambulatory care and private sector health information management and coding experience, she has been actively involved in home care management for the past decade. 
Ida serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Home Care Council and has provided numerous

Pam, a licensed physical therapist, has been in home health care as a consultant, direct care provider, clinical educator and quality reviewer since 1995.  She has worked closely with home care nurses in developing agency care management guidelines and most recently a Heart Failure Disease Management Program.  She was instrumental in the development of the SAFE Program, a fall prevention and exercise   program for the geriatric population, and has authored on fall prevention in peer-reviewed publications. She has been adjunct faculty for both the University of Delaware and Widener University's Physical Therapy Programs.  Pam has earned the Certificate for OASIS Specialist - Clinical (COS-C) designation and is an Associate Consultant with OASIS Answers, Inc.
